Singapore-Styled Math
Singapore-styled Math - PEL features the "Singapore Math" approach. Singapore Math was ranked consistently number one in the "Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study" (TIMSS); an international assessment of math knowledge of fourth and eight graders worldwide since 1995.
In the PEL program, Math concepts are introduced in great detail with illustrations. Each level builds upon preceding levels of knowledge and skills, with students learning them to mastery before moving to the next level.
